By offering the gift of your time, talent, compassion, and support you can make a difference in someone’s life and in the Chaplains on the Way community. We have a variety of ways for you to engage your skills and talents. Please contact us if you are interested in learning more about the volunteer opportunities below:
Chaplains on the Way is a small but mighty organization that depends on the energy, enthusiasm, and passion of its dedicated volunteers. Do you make a fantastic breakfast sandwich? Are you social media savvy? Do you have fundraising skills? Do you have some legal acumen? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we would love you to join us!
If you are a seminarian and have a desire for service and feel called to care for those experiencing homelessness and poverty, this might be the perfect field placement opportunity for you. Chaplains on the Way is a field education site for Harvard Divinity School and is open to accepting students from all of the Boston Theological Institute seminaries for internships. More information about our internship program can be found on our MDiv Internships page.
Your donation to Chaplains on the Way helps bring the much-needed spiritual companionship and hope to our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness in Waltham. Every dollar you give makes a difference. And because the Chaplains on the Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donation is tax-deductible. Chaplains on the Way is also able to receive stock donations.
