CHAPLAINS ON THE WAY
Chaplains on the Way believes that no person suffering from homelessness or poverty in Waltham should feel they have to walk alone. We live out our mission by building trusting relations with those experiencing homelessness, living in deep poverty, dealing with mental health or substance use challenges. We offer a ministry of spiritual care, listening, and companionship through life’s struggles and triumphs.
A snapshot of our work and programs
We meet individuals wherever they are - on the streets, in shelters, soup kitchens, or hospital - to listen, and offer companionship and love.
We offer a number of weekly practice groups for folks of all faiths and no faith. We strive to make our programs meet the needs and interests of those we serve.
We offer a homemade, hot breakfast and a warm, welcoming space to relax in from Thanksgiving to Easter.
